Hello to all!! We want to let everyone know that we have a wonderful bunch of goodies that we will be adding to the website soon....very soon!! Some fabulous buttons, lots of new Lampwork Cabochons, some great designer Cabochon Sets....keep checking in because I will be adding then all this week! We will also be adding some pics of a new necklace that I made for myself, (mine mine mine, yippee!) I used the smallest size of our round "treasure Boxes" to make a cabochon featuring a picture of my darling daughter and did some simple beadwork around it....I let her choose what color beads to use and she chose Black. I wanted a pretty Blue but no, she wanted Black. So Black it is, LOL! It only took a couple of hours to make including dry time for the glue, so it's the perfect project for a rainy afternoon! (or any afternoon for that matter, lol) I am almost finished with my beaded ponytail holder and will be adding pics of it asap. I hope you will find it inspiring, I am very pleased with it! Now if only I had enough hair to be able to wear it, I guess I cut off all my hair at the wrong time, lol! But hey, summer in Iowa is no joke! It gets HOT here, when you take the humidity into account. 95 degrees and 100 percent humidity is just plain uncomfortable darn it, and a big mass of hair just doesn't make sense. So it's short hair for me for the summer at least! Maybe I'll let it grow back in time for the 10 below temps we get in the winter....sigh. ;)
